Some of them might actually have negotiated work conditions in good faith that they included public holidays.<br /><br />As I said, to take the point further - apparently Chinese miners freely consent to being killed in their thousands because the business exerts more bargaining power in establishing the "freely accepted" contract.<br /><br />Are Libertarians against collective bargaining?
