The USA has abstinence only programmes in so...LRO,<br /><br />The USA has abstinence only programmes in some places - not across the board.<br /><br />Poland, that wonderfully Catholic country, was ruled by Communists for a very long time after being very nearly destroyed during WWII, so there would of course be some issues there.<br /><br />But first I'd have to look if those countries have sex ed (Poland doesn't), and if abortion is legal (it's not in Poland and Ireland, don't know about Portugal).<br /><br />And you link, what is that?
