Here's hoping Romney will win [UPDATE]

My measure of a politician is how they feel about new human life. Anyone who can turn a blind eye to defenceless babies being murdered in their mother's wombs (ie Obama, who also opposed looking after babies who survived their abortions) is not a person that can be trusted.

With the number of abortion clinics being closed down the US, here's hoping that America will choose a president who will advance the culture of life, rather than one pulling everyone down the slippery slope of death.

UPDATE: Damn ... Obama's re-election celebrated around world ~ AP

  1. Fair enough comment Lucia surrounding politicians. But, on the other hand, it is people who put these politicians there. If Obama wins (I think he just has), to me, it says more about the American people who put him there. They agree with what he is doing so are just as guilty, regardless. As Michael Voris said a few days ago (to paraphrase) and a commentator has raised a similar point; It is unthinkable that an incumbent could even be in the race with the economy in the state it is in. Voris asks, "what (supernatural)force is keeping him in power"? We know the answer to that!

  2. The first reports suggest that the percentage of Women voters who voted for Obama went up.

So they went the other way from your recommendation/hope Lucia

  3. Hi SB,

Somehow, I don't think they were listening to me. :)

  4. greetings, I feel heart broken and physically ill since the zombie hoard of mindless communists voted for more free stuff under 4 more years of O... Theory: 50 years of leftist education worked? Kids and adults turned into lefist non-thinkers? My wonderful kiwi husband cannot console me but he's supportive... The right was, and is, in my opinion way to "moderate" and "nice" (I hate "nice", makes people idiots)... Republican incumbents are scared weenies who go along to get along because they want their share of the pie...

yes, I'm venting a bit... I'm pissed as hell, can you tell?

nice blog though, cheers from a Wilmette Illinois girl living in Titirangi...

  5. It demostrates very well that for a very large part of the electorate, handouts will always trump principles.
