I'm not 100% convinced by that photo - an amazing stroke of good fortune to capture but also not hard to fake.
We live in silly times
There was a storm in Rome, Andrei, from what I can tell searching around.
There is video of the strike - so it wasn't faked.
But in this wicked world it pays to be skeptical and that is always my default position
