Pushing the envelope in promoting the "public good"

This English public service ad has upset some people - I don't know what to think, really - is it worthwhile or is it just don't we have any taboos left in a voyeuristic world where anything and everything can be filmed and distributed?

Don't watch it if you are easily upset.
