Good evening Lucyna. Hope you're all well? Just having a quick meal here before trying to catch a few winks, then night shift. That's an interesting engraving--do you have any more information on it?
well yes ZenT, it might get attacked by Islamic terrirts
I mean overseas contigents or whatever Oballsup calls them nowadays
And don't forget to look at my new blog, the Fairfacts Media Show. It is still a work-in-progress, with a few new features to add, but the content is pretty much starting to appear.
Good evening everybody, Friday karaoke is a sad one tonight. After a very frustrating day I am now sulking in bed.. But the weather up here has been freakishly good all week.
Hey all.. Hope everyone is OK and not observing Earth Hour. I tried to explain to my folks earlier on why it was a waste of time, but they insist on doing it.
well yes ZenT, it might get attacked by Islamic terrirts
I was more worried about the attack of bureaucratic socialists.
I haven't had time to do my rounds on the blogs. Will add your new blog to the list and drop in and hum something for the Karaoke Session, assuming that's what one does.
Howdy Mojo. Sounds like a quick trip to the Doctor is in order: Goodness Gracious Me
G'day Zen ... my problems are more requiring of an It man ... computer freezing, not playing sound ... so your words were wasted on me ... & pete & sophia alas.

Definately will be observing earth hour - with all lights on! Have even located the Christmas lights to run around the balcony which given how prominently placed we are on a main road should be difficult to miss!
Our wee campaign over at MandM has gotten legs, cannot believe the traffic over it - great to see so many people not sucked in.

Well, starting seems to be the hardest thing ...
ReplyDeleteProbably too early yet, though I can see a few hoverers out there.

Howdy kg and others who may be lurking. Off for Pizza. Back later.
ReplyDeleteHi KG,
ReplyDeleteI'm good, just a little tired today.
The engraving is to do with Dante's visit to Hell or Purgatory ... I'll have to look it up.
I'll have a look thanks Lucyna--it sounds as though you've been busy enough!
ReplyDeleteIt's by Gustave Dore, of Dante's visit to Hell.
ReplyDeleteHey, it's ok KG - I thought I better have a look around ... and I found more artwork by him!
ReplyDeleteAha! here:

Fabulous stuff.
All the work done for me. Too good. And after the last two weeks, much needed.
ReplyDeleteI really need a holiday, and some good news (although I can easily count my blessings).
Good evening everyone.
ReplyDeleteIs that a metaphor for Uncle Helen heading off to New York?
Dear Leader might deserve to go to hell, but i thought New York was quite nice.
It is quite nice, but no telling how it will be a year hence.

ReplyDeletewhy are you sulking in bed bb
ReplyDeleteyou can sulk in the lounge and watch tv with me
im watching wild at heart on tv1
yes the weather has been good
An erratic heart is a little different from being 'wild at heart,' FF & the former is likely to breed petulance, the latter progeny.

ReplyDeleteA PC Doctor then. Although they may just want to "upgrade".
ReplyDeleteHey Fletch, no I'm not observing Earth Hour.
ReplyDeleteIt's right up there with Greenies who hold their breath for three minutes to reduce their CO2 output.
Once a year.
