  3. Ah, the irony is that MT would be the first to pray for them now. Penn and Teller work on the principle that people in America won't sue because P&T will have insurance to cover for it, and if P&T lost, they would declare bankruptcy to avoid paying.

Not one bit of evidence to support the vitriol I notice....

  4. You're right. I do see some flaws (from my protestant perspective) but she was an amazing woman, we'd all do well to be half as dedicated as she was.

  5. I can't understand the point of it really. Why discredit her like this?

No-one can deny she started the whole thing and its not like MT benefited personally from it....

    Just weird...

  6. Aye. But they get a hollow victory. Its not like their offering up an alternative.

  9. Evening all. I too am just astounded at the vitriol directed at MT. Just left a bit of a rant on DPF's thread. Unfortunately, I think it would take too long to explain the fundamental flaw in their thought processes. It strikes at a much deeper issue.

Maybe the point will work itself out over a few future posts.

  10. I dont think it will work itself out Zen. People on either side will just come away unconvinced of the others side. DPF likes to stir like that occasionally - ratings are his thing.
