You've got to wonder about abortion and sex activists [Under contention]

Their desire to change society could hide deep perversions in their own natures as in the following example:
LOS ANGELES, CA, June 16, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The chief judge of a U.S. circuit court of appeals, which has been described by American Family Association founder Don Wildmon as "the most liberal court in the country", has just been caught operating a website containing explicit sexual content, while presiding over an obscenity trial...The site featured photographs of a sexually aroused animal being "cavorted" with by a half-naked man, nude women painted as cows, as well as many other photos and videos too graphic to describe.

  2. Lucyna, you really need to stop using that web site as a reference site!

The Judge concerned was appointed 16 years ago by Ronald Raygun. He has an excellent reputation as a judge.

He has a reputation of running a very conservative court but he has also had some run in's with the far right wing as he insists on enforcing the law the way it was written rather than the way far right wing religious groups (such as the AFA) would like 'one of their judges' to do it.

    He is a Roman Catholic.

There was no website, it was the Judges personal computer at his home where he was sharing some pictures with other family members, he had however set security wrong and was open sharing it rather than limiting. But no website and no intention for public access.

As for the content, "The site featured photographs of a sexually aroused animal being "cavorted" with by a half-naked man" - not quite, man needs to take a dump, goes into an empty field to take said dump. Discovers while his pants are down that the field is not empty but home to a very very friendly donkey. Attempts to escape but cant get his pants up fast enough and the donkey is between the gate and him and thinks this is a great game. Its a video that has been passed around the Internet for years, its a bit funny but there is no sex just a guy being cased around a field while his mates video it and laugh.

"nude women painted as cows" its a artistic photo shoot, the women are in body paint, not particular sexy IMHO.

"as well as many other photos and videos too graphic to describe" really, I have seen them, they are joke pictures, two of them are taking the P**s out of RC priests and small boys. One involves a rag doll and another is a photoshopped stained glass church window. There was that so bad!

They are the typical sort of joke pictures that are passed around in emails all day long. Nothing obscene (not even the cows) nothing perverted though possibly in bad taste (unless you are a priest)

    Nothing here - move along

  3. check out http://patterico.com/ - there's a heck of a lot more to this, the judge was setup by a dirty lawyer out to get him.

  4. "One involves a rag doll"

Feel I should clarify that it is part of a fancy dress party outfit.

  5. Well, SB certainly straightened that one out for us. I had seen this story and thought (like lucyna) that this judge was a major deviant. As I have seen the donkey youtube clip as well perhaps a reassessment is necessary.

  6. Interesting. I'm going to have to reserve judgement until I look at everything.

  7. I think you will find the comments from the Judges Wife very interesting.

Good one LifeSiteNews - yet another example of your deliberate distortion of the truth......

  8. Not just life site news, I've found heaps of newspapers carrying the Life Site line, and the first stories came out several days before Life Site posted their story.

At first glance, it may have been the LA Times that broke this story.

On the face of it, it looks like this is a beat up. One that the original "facts" are presented by a paper and the story spreads through other media services on the assumption the story is a fair and balanced account.

If this is the case, the media needs to get its affairs in order, as it considers fair and balanced, fact checked, reporting is the very reason to stand tall above blogs and alternate news sources.

It hasn't helped matters recently that there have been several pedophiles busted, with high profile given to cracking into pedophile networks. I recall one was a teacher who photo-shopped his own students heads onto his material. I think he may have also suicided. Anyway - the point being, shocking and surprise sexual perversions being revealed amongst "regular" members of the community, or high profile people (remember the ACLA guy last year?) have made it all too easy to believe the story.

One thing I'd like to see is retractions and clarifications getting exactly the same column space, printed in the same location as the original story occupied.

Apology - Front page news, not a paragraph on page 10.

  9. Ted Haggard wanted to change society too - even had weekly phone conversations with Dubya himself.

  10. The media, lie and defame on page one, retract and apologise a week later on page 30.

  11. Shoddy work. The media in general have done a bad job with this but this lifesite piece seems to take ideological contortionism to new heights. Epic fail
