Charming Photo

A picture is worth a thousand words and this one says a great deal. A bizarre protester with rainbow flag haranguing praying teenagers.

I didn't even know World Youth Day was happening in Madrid until Sean mentioned it here.

On trying to find out more it seems the most interesting thing for the media who care to report on it is the protests against it.

And that says a lot in itself.

More pictures here.

  1. Andrei, did you miss my post Shut up socialists - Michael Voris in Spain for World Youth Day?

Here's more on attacks on World Youth Day: Hackers attack WYD site. There wasn't this level of vitriol directed at the last WYD in Sydney.

  2. I think it's time we took the rainbow back. It is God's sign to man of His faithfulness that he would never destroy the Earth by flood again, not the symbol for gayness or whatever they want to call it. It's like trying to copyright the silver fern; at the end of the day it's a natural thing that nobody owns.
