A fair interpretation ... given 'mul' in gaelic means 'head'(one interpretation) and tate is seen as that(those) repository(ies) of fine olde British art ... then ... Mind you I see on google that 'Lady Gouldian Finches - All Multation -Specialize in BlueBack Multation.' This one seems a bit fishy though, mind you she may have found a new way of stitching together jeans or was that genes?
