For the majority of Kiwis along with Christians of the West, Easter came and went last weekend.
For the Christians of the East this week is Holy Week and on Sunday we will celebrate the greatest of all Christian Feasts the Feast of the Resurrection of Christ.
Since the Christian day begins at Sunset - Great and Holy Friday begins at that time marked by the Service of the Twelve Gospels.
If you would like to ponder once again the events leading up to the greatest moment in human history you may care to spend some time with these readings.
