First week back at school for the 3rd term of the year, and I think it's harder to get into that the last one. Might have something to do with the fact that it's the middle of winter. But on the positive side, each day that passes now gets a little bit longer!
Good evening Lucia Maria. We're about to try and catch an hour's sleep here, ready for work tonight. It's been a day of constant rain--after a night of constant rain.
ReplyDeleteHey, KG - how do you sleep? Surely you're up all night, looking for reds under your bed. :-)
ReplyDeleteSecond last day of Hols with the farnow. One more day of superb sea food, beer brewed with 5% shiraz juice and other wonders NZ can only dream of.
ReplyDeleteGet some manners, leftrightout--this place isn't for sly political digs.
ReplyDeleteHi KG!
ReplyDeleteRain on and off here. Yesterday as well. I don't mind it too much, I just hope that we get some fine days as well.
LRO,
ReplyDeleteI check for reds under my bed every night, otherwise, how would I get any sleep at all!
Around Saturday or Sunday should be clear, Lucia Maria. But cold. Around here, nothing gets the chance to dry out.
ReplyDeleteWe had a fairly heavy-duty night at work last night (a gang-related assault and all the drama that goes with that) but tonight may be a little quieter.
ReplyDeleteThat must have been hard, KG.
ReplyDeleteEvening folks. Home late from work, never a good habit for a Friday.
ReplyDeleteNow for pizza and kebabs. It's a varied and classy menu at Chez Tigre
Nothing significant to report.
ReplyDeleteHi all - 'tis very wet here tonite.
ReplyDeleteFire stoked up, cats stretched out in front thereof.
One is even snoring - most odd. Didn't know cats snore
Hi Ciaron!
ReplyDeleteLOL Andrei, re your snoring cat. I have heard a cat snore before, but, as it's such a rare event, I can't remember which of my three did it. It was recent. Maybe it's the cold weather that brings it on?
I see the Greens want to ban cold and damp - I thought they didn't want global warming?
ReplyDeleteOh wait, it's just rentals.

Hi Scrubone,
ReplyDeleteWell that's a relief. My house is safe from the Greens, as it's not a rental.
just taking a peek at "weird".... amazing how many people who profess to be atheist think they know soooo much about Christianity.

ReplyDeleteWell Scrubone, as a new Christian, I don't feel sufficiently versed to take them on, but the dishonesty in their argument is incredible.
ReplyDeleteMaybe they have one of these?

Bugger, where did ya go? :)
ReplyDeleteSorry. Decided to re-write.
ReplyDeleteMy comment was that atheists come up with these "serious problems" with christianity that "no one has ever thought of".
Matt Flanagan tells me that in most cases, early Christians have written extensively on those very topics. But even if you don't go back to the first or second century, these questions should be answered on a regular basis in any church that promotes good teaching.
Evening all, including lurkers from beyond. Back again.
